Scotland - The Final Frontier?
Anyone who knows me would probably tell you that Scotland is something that is usually on my mind way more than once or twice a day  Smiley. And as a follower of Christ, you could safely assume that I'd be lead to study church history in that area. I'm in the middle of a book about John Knox, right now.

A few days ago, I decided to google as far as the current spiritual condition of Scotland, etc. A lot of people I "look up to", both past & present are from there. What I found did shock me a bit. The main thing was that 90% of the population never darkens the doorstep of a church. Now, I'm not equating going to church with being a Christian, necessarily. As Keith Green once said, "Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than going to McDonald's makes you a hamburger." But 90%?? That does say something, doesn't it? Scotland would certainly qualify as a "mission field" at this point, would it not?
